Where: At Asvallalaug swimming hall and Krisuvik Road.
Participants must sign in before 07:30, check-in for bikes closes at 08:00 at the west end of the swimming hall. The picture below shows the swimming hall, seen from the road. Easy to find. Swimmers will be divided into 2 groups based on their best time. Wetsuit are allowed.

Picture 1 shows the start of the bike course and the route towards Krisuvik Road where you bike six 14,5 km loops. Course marshalls at both ends. The yellow dot shows the drinking station for the bike course.
All triathletes are encouraged to check out the course on Saturday. Race directors offer a guided tour on Saturday morning and tell some lame Icelandic jokes. A relaxing swim in Asvallalaug is recommended after the tour.
